SotP 0.2.0 Update

Welcome to the 0.2.0 update, this one is massive!

Changelog:

-Secret Walls

-Wolf and Druid enemies

-2 new weapons: Axe and gladius

-Feedback when the player gets damaged

-Enemies can get stunned when receiving damage

-Enemies leave dead body when killed

-Armor now has sprites

-Proper tutorial

-Objects the player can read

-Better credits scene

-Minor Post Processing effects for the camera
